CGCH's production line is equipped with two sets of professional test equipment, which can carry out five different tests on container houses.
1. Watertightness test, which ensures that the container house is completely waterproof and can withstand heavy rain or other forms of water infiltration.
2.Penetration test, which assesses the structural integrity of the container house and its ability to resist any potential damage or leakage caused by external forces.
3.Roof load test, which measures the maximum amount of weight that the container house's roof can support without collapsing or sustaining any damage.
4.Stacking test, which determines the maximum number of container houses that can be stacked on top of each other without causing any damage or instability.
5.Side push test evaluates the container house's ability to resist lateral forces such as wind or earthquakes.
By conducting these tests, CGC can ensure that their container houses are of the highest quality and can withstand various external forces and environmental factors. These tests are critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and trust and positioning CGC as a leader in the mobile home industry.
6.Add inspection and testing requirements for individual approved containers, adjust the sampling ratio requirements for batch inspection of ordinary dry cargo containers and tank containers, and add additional requirements for operational inspection of refrigerated liquefied gas tank containers.
7.Refine and adjust the non-destructive testing requirements for tank containers and offshore containers.
8.The addition of "concentrated load test at the bottom of the box" and "fork lift test" only meets the test requirements of the CSC Convention and amendments.
9.Add relevant principles and requirements for insulation boxes with built-in energy systems and lithium battery power insulation boxes, adjust the requirements for airtightness testing, heat leakage testing, and refrigeration unit performance testing of insulation boxes.
